Easy to get around! When we arrived, the taxi conveniently dropped us off at Piazza de Ferrari. the hotel is smack dab in the city center, so we were right in the thick of things. We also found it super handy that the Aquarium was just a stone's throw away! 🐟

It was right in the heart of Genoa, and minutes away from a grand square. There was a brilliant restaurant at a walking distance from the hotel. The breakfasts were always exceptionally nice with coffee or tea.

The location was excellent, situated in a central position close to the city center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful advice on restaurants and places to visit. The room was spacious and clean, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with homemade chocolate torte as a highlight. The owner even allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, making our stay more convenient.
The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage and the shower cabin didn't close properly, posing a risk of falling. The WiFi also had some difficulties, causing frustration.

The rooms at Chiossone Suites were absolutely lovely, with cozy and modern decor that made us feel right at home. The private bathrooms were well equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, making it convenient for our stay. We really enjoyed the flat-screen TVs in the quadruple rooms, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The tile/marble floors added a touch of elegance to the rooms, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The parquet floors in all the rooms added a nice touch of charm and warmth to the overall ambiance.
Personally, I would have preferred more variety in the room service options, but others may still find it enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. They provided us with all the necessary information about the facilities and nearby attractions. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to parking and within walking distance of the city center. This made it very convenient for us to explore and enjoy our holiday.
The street noise was very loud and could be heard even with the windows closed. This made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

Had a lovely continental breakfast every morning, yum! Also, the airport was conveniently close, so I didn't have to spend too long in the car.
Definitely didn't enjoy the experience of feeling like I was in a haunted house with creaky floors and mysterious noises at night. Spooky!
